I’m pleased to report that the HR market remains buoyant and, in many ways, it’s something of a candidate-driven one, with the very best candidates actively being sought out by and competed over by employers. Of note, is a real demand for HR Business Partners in the £65-80K salary range and HR specialists in Diversity & Inclusion, HRIS, Change Management and Graduate Recruitment. This includes contract HR professionals working on either an interim FTC or day rate basis.
