Our client is a major, global law firm looking to recruit an Interim Senior Recruitment Manager during a period of maternity leave.
This role is responsible for working alongside Partners and the Senior Management of the firm to attract and recruit the best graduate and lateral talent. The role also provides day-to-day management of the London recruitment team (10 people), including two direct reports.
You will be responsible for helping to implement best recruitment practice globally and to support colleagues in direct sourcing and recruiting the best talent around the world, whilst ensuring a positive, candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to undertake a key strategic project in Graduate Recruitment on behalf of the firm.
It’s essential that prospective candidates have experience in Professional Services recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills and strong leadership and team management experience.
