In practice this means that we invest a great deal of time in getting to know you, supporting you through the process of changing employment, challenging you where necessary and, ultimately ensuring that you make the most appropriate and informed career choice for you.

Securing new employment is only part of the story. Working together is also about the long term future. So staying in touch as your career progresses, sharing information, introducing you to other, like-minded professionals and continuing to provide you with career advice and support is important to us. In some instances, working together therefore might not be so much about securing new employment but more about career transition or management or obtaining some impartial, independent advice on taking stock of where you are entailing some form of bespoke career management.
