Our career management services include, career transition, outplacement and coaching.
Some employees may have reached a point in their career where, for whatever reason, the need arises to pause and evaluate their career. Under these circumstances we have acted as an impartial sounding board, providing focus, weighing-up the different options, challenging where necessary and, ultimately, enabling individuals to make an informed decision about their career choices.
In addition, as a result of the on-going restructuring within the legal sector we have also been called upon to provide outplacement services to employees including interview skills training and advice on CV preparation, preparing business plans and job search skills.
Coaching is about working together with high performers to enable them to continue performing effectively. The objectivity and experience of a coach can provide the opportunity to explore options in a totally confidential and supportive environment.
