Euan Graham
Euan has over 18 years’ experience in industrial and employee relations, and the wider HR generalist portfolio gained in a variety of sectors, including Legal and Financial Services and Technology. His main area of interest and expertise is in employee relations, having led major change initiatives in both unionised and non-unionised environments including large scale redundancy programmes and transfers of undertakings (TUPE). Alongside compliance with the legal requirements and directly supporting consultation, Euan is equally focused on the people impacts of change initiatives so that even in difficult circumstances, employee engagement and the employer’s reputation is at the forefront.
Latterly, Euan was Head of Employee Relations at Dyson and previously Head of HR at Norton Rose Fulbright. Euan is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited commercial, employment and workplace mediator, a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and has a post-graduate qualification in Leadership & Management from the University of Greenwich.
His current clients include an international defence organisation, a major online retailer and an air charter PLC
Sharon Green
Sharon helps businesses map out executable change and large scale transformation focusing on people, structures, processes, technology, comms. and engagement. She’s worked with start ups and global multi-nationals for consultancies, professional and financial services and in not-for-profit and the public sector. The focus of assignments vary from: attraction through to on-boarding, people development, retention, engagement to creating a performance culture. Sharon has hands experience of tech systems implementation and a passion for tech, culture and employer branding.
Pragmatism and creativity are words clients use about Sharon. Her background in line, project and people management, in a range of HR roles, gives her an extensive toolkit to pull from. She has a long history of setting up functions or teams and managed the L&D and graduate recruitment function for an international firm prior to going independent 14 years ago. She continues to work with HR and non-HR teams on developing strategic, people-centred business plans, coaches individuals on career management and change, and consults on all aspects of the employee experience.
Sharon loves keeping active especially skiing. She has a degree in English, a post graduate diploma in Health Education and Promotion and a Masters in HR. She’s trained in Prince 2©, psychometrics and coaching and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Dr Hazel Harrison
Dr Hazel Harrison, is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years’ professional experience in both the National Health Service (NHS) and private sector. She specialises in mental health and wellbeing and is committed and passionate about sharing the latest research with people who can use it to enhance their lives and the lives of others.
Harnessing her belief that prevention is better than cure, Hazel develops and delivers keynotes and training workshops on a range of wellbeing and mental health topics, including managing anxiety, stress and depression, building resilience, and sharing evidenced-based tools in a practical and engaging way to improve wellbeing and productivity and to enable employees to thrive in the workplace.
Hazel works with a range of businesses, including law firms, media companies, schools and pharma companies, such as Gowlings WLG, Freemantle and the BBC.
Hazel holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East Anglia and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Media from the University of Leeds.
Alex Rickard
Alex has over 25 years’ experience in the international HR arena delivering leadership development, strategic cultural, structural and performance change, strategic remuneration, mergers and acquisition integration, and organizational design & development.
As an expert in organizational cultural audits and behavioural risk assessments, using a tested methodology, Alex engages employees and customers and in some cases regulators. Her expertise guides and supports business leaders in defining their culture, revealing its strengths and unmasking behavioural risk, providing objective evidence to allow honest conversations translating into action shifting the culture to the desired future state.
Alex also conducts cultural due diligence pre and post M&A transactions, assessing the culture and senior management capability on potential target companies, leading the tactical HR integration and strategic cultural merger. A healthy culture is the glue of a long-term sustainable business.
Alex is a professionally qualified business coach with an ‘inside out approach’. She works alongside Boards and senior people as a trusted advisor and coach in times of change and complexity requiring agility, resilience and personal development. Alex gives leaders space to reflect, discuss and refine their ideas and be mindful of their personal impact. Alex also coaches teams developing their leadership capability.
As a consultant Alex has worked globally in financial services, professional services, professional and higher education, on-line gaming, commercial property, tourism. She has been Executive HRD and Trustee, having started her career at Arthur Andersen.
Alex is a keen skier, cyclist and amateur triathlete. She is a chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a graduate of Meyler Campbell Coaching in Business.
