Whilst there has been a noticeable slow down in recruitment activity over the past three months, scratch beneath the surface and it soon becomes apparent that employers remain cautiously optimistic about the economic outlook and continue to recruit. Two factors seem to be driving this; firstly, general employee turnover and, secondly, organisational change – whether in terms of structural change or changes to systems and processes.
